Fired to 2100 degrees so it’s safe for the oven, even when it’s pre-heated! Note: Never take a stoneware dish directly from the refrigerator and put into a hot oven. Put the refrigerated dish into a cold oven and then heat them up together; or, allow the dish to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before putting it into a hot oven.
